Promotion of the development of additional services such as family mediation, Nightstop Plus, Supported Lodgings, floating support and educational services
An established Quality Standards Assessment programme
Regular Forum meetings and an Annual Conference to support the sharing of best practice
Training and advice on service development
Provision of resources including a database to collect national homelessness statistics
Regular newsletters
Ongoing support as required
A registered body for processing Criminal Records Bureau Disclosures
